Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Alyra, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Alyra. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Falsifying your age is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials or credits is prohibited.

4. AI-Generated Content

  • All characters on Alyra are AI-generated fiction. They are not real people.
  • Conversations and photos are generated by artificial intelligence and do not represent real events or individuals.
  • AI-generated images are stored for 7 days and then permanently deleted. Download images you wish to keep.
  • You may not redistribute, sell, or publicly share AI-generated content from Alyra without permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Alyra to:

  • Generate content involving minors or underage individuals in any context.
  • Generate content depicting non-consensual acts, bestiality, or incest.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our support team.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or attack the platform.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service.
  • Share your account credentials with others.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • You can cancel at any time via the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Credits purchased separately do not expire and are non-refundable.
  • Monthly credits included with subscriptions reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • Credits can be used for image generation, voice messages, and voice calls.
  • Refunds for subscription payments are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

7. Credits & AI-Generated Image Quality

  • Credits used for image generation, voice messages, and voice calls are non-refundable.
  • AI-generated images are produced by third-party models. Output quality is not guaranteed.
  • Alyra does not warrant that every generated image will meet your expectations. Results depend on many factors including the prompt, model limitations, and AI behaviour.
  • In cases of clear technical anomalies (e.g., severe deformation, wrong character identity), you may submit a report for manual review using the report button on the image.
  • Refunds of credits for reported images are issued at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed. We may, but are not obligated to, issue a credit refund after reviewing a report.
  • Abuse of the reporting system (e.g., reporting images that are not genuinely flawed) may result in account restrictions.
  • Image Retention: AI-generated images are stored for 7 days from the date of generation. After 7 days, images are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. Save any images you wish to keep before they expire.
  • Alyra is not responsible for images lost after the 7-day retention period.

8. Voice Features

  • Voice Messages: Listen to AI character messages as audio. Each voice message costs 1 credit.
  • Voice Calls: Real-time voice conversations with AI characters. Voice calls cost 2 credits per minute.
  • Voice features are powered by third-party AI services. Voice quality and availability may vary.
  • Voice calls will automatically end when your credit balance is insufficient to continue.
  • Credits used for voice features are non-refundable, including if a call is disconnected due to technical issues.

9. Content Modes

Alyra offers multiple interaction modes:

  • Dating Mode: A progressive relationship experience where intimacy is gated by affection level.
  • Companion Mode: An established, comfortable relationship with no progression gates.
  • Sandbox Mode: Unrestricted adult content (18+ verified users only, requires paid subscription).

NSFW content is only available to age-verified users with an active paid subscription.

10. Limitation of Liability

Alyra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to emotional distress, data loss, or service interruptions. AI companions are not substitutes for professional mental health support.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Account deletion removes all associated data permanently.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Alyra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
